Moms Self defense

We offer classes on Friday and Sunday, as we increase in class size, more classes will be added on to the schedule

The moms in our gym push each other to level up at everyones pace, dont feel stressed or overwhelmed, we have a supportive group of ladies that laugh and share great attitude in our welcoming gym

We offer both Kickboxing and Jiu jitsu for MOMS and WOMEN only.

PROGRAM GOALS 

  • Develop student’s repertoire of attacks, defensive movements and escapes from every position

  • Teach core concepts and ideas of both jiu jitsu and kickboxing

  • Build camaraderie among the women practitioners

CURRICULUM INCLUDES

  • Beginner and fundamental jiu jitsu

  • Overview of all positions and situations

  • Situational Sparring

  • Mobility and agility drills

  • Body weight exercises

  • Question & Answer sessions
